MnM's Delight

Ingredients:

1 bag of MnM's

1/2 cup of sugar

2 cups of all purpose flour

4 eggs

1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract

1 cup of Milk

1/2 cup of shortening

 

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients one by one and mix together slowly. After adding all ingredients, mix until creamy for about 2 minutes. Slowly add ingredients into cupcake holder, greasing the bottom of the pan, and filling up each cup half-way. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let cupcakes cool. Top with MnM's for garnish or add vanilla/chocolate frosting to your preference.
